Meeting you where you are at every intersection in life

We are a multi-focused mental health clinic with dedicated professionals located in Ottawa, Stratford, and London. Our clinic is currently accepting new clients, agency, NIHB and community-based referrals. We offer in-person sessions and telehealth (virtual) sessions throughout Ontario.

Our Principles

Our work at its core is all about building a relational connection, co-creating a safe therapeutic holding space, and co-regulating emotions with you in sessions through the telling and re-telling of stories, in your terms and in your words.

Much of our clinical approach is primarily derived from narrative therapy practice and relational psychotherapy & social work practice. Through the use of this clinical framework, we apply attachment-focused, trauma-responsive, anti-oppressive and gender-affirmative & sex-positive lens to all of therapy modalities for which we are trained. Whether your struggles are small or big, what matters in this space is our joint commitment, an emotionally engaged and interactive process, and a shared journey.

Our therapeutic relationship is going to be the principal vehicle to bring the changes that you are longing for in your personal and family life, as well as within your larger community. To learn more about each clinician’s professional background, please click here.

Our Clinical Services

We don’t pretend to know everything. What we promise you is our commitment to provide clinically competent and ethical interventions to help you recognize and work through challenges in life.

While our practice encompasses a wide range of clientele, we are specialized in the areas of 2SLGBTQIA+ issues, gender affirmative care, attachment- and trauma-responsive parenting, childhood (developmental) trauma, adoption and permanency, child and adolescent mental health, racial minority stress and trauma, relationship concerns, sex & sexual health and behavior therapy, substance or alcohol use, and religious trauma.

Our clinic also provides counselling and psychotherapy sessions through the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) Program for First Nations and Inuit clients.

Please take your time to explore our counselling, psychotherapy and family services, and see whether we are a good fit for your journey.

We begin every client-therapist relationship with a brief phone consultation (there’s no fee or obligation).
